Join us and find out for yourself!Contracting Excellence Manager (m/f/d)TasksTake ownership of the full commercial contract lifecycle – from preparation and approval through signature, implementation, renewal, and ongoing compliance across AMW.Coordinate the review, negotiation, and execution of CDAs, MSAs/LSAs, term sheets, deal sheets, and other commercial agreements in close collaboration with key stakeholders across teams and departments.Ensure efficient contract administration by coordinating internal approvals, signature processes, document filing, and the central contract register with accuracy and transparency.Stay ahead of key obligations, milestones, pricing, territories, renewals, and contractual triggers – and become the trusted point of contact for contract-related questions.Connect commercial opportunities with successful launches by maintaining reliable CRM and contract data, translating contract terms into operational requirements, and aligning teams and systems across the business.Turn contract data into actionable insights for forecasting, budgeting, onboarding, and leadership reporting, while continuously improving templates, workflows, compliance controls, and knowledge management.ProfileIdeally a degree in business administration, international business, business law, commercial law, or a related fieldMultiple (3+) years' experience in commercial operations, contract management or a related sectorFamiliarity with CRM/ERP systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documents, versions, and workflows in a structured wayAbility to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders (e.g.
