FY25 Graduate Customer Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

Job ID: R244774 ## Your main tasks will be: Customer Interaction – Technical discussion with customers on semiconductors and their applications (Fab processes, Assembly, Packages, Specification) – Support on joint qualification questions (incl. APQP, PPAP, PPA) for Customers and Sales Team – Negotiate Customer Agreements – Provide support and accompany Customer audit requests – Regular customer visits – Advocate for continuous improvement and Zero-Defect approach of related manufacturing and business processes Failure Analysis – Customer Interface for Failure Analysis requests – Evaluate Customer return failure descriptions – Organize failure analysis initiations – Failure Analysis results discussion with Customers – Communication with product / failure analysis sites Change Management – Work with the Customer on PCN, PDN and get approval on changes Internal Activities – Keep track of case responses in order to meet Customers expected cycle times – Maintain Customer related quality statistics and score cards – Identify quality improvement opportunities for the Customer – Maintain return databases – Interfaces closely with Sales Teams and Business Units ## Our expectations on you as our candidate are: – BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering / Microelectronics, 1 year experience in Quality or (Field) Applications – Languages: – Italian / German (B2) based on location and English as company-wide language – other European language helpful – Driving license – Willingness to travel on business – Teamwork mindset – Mindful communications – General Microsoft Office and web based applications
