Overview
In this role you will partner with enterprise clients to architect AI-driven scenario planning solutions that align with their strategic goals. You will serve as the technical expert across Anaplan’s platform, shaping the sale with deep FP&A, finance, supply chain, or workforce planning domain knowledge. You will translate business needs into compelling AI-enabled value propositions, deliver tailored demos, and drive PoC workshops that prove impact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to steer multi-product opportunities and influence product direction. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Partner with account executives to shape technical strategy and the sales process for territory accounts
- Serve as the technical solution expert across platform capabilities (AI, data modelling, planning apps)
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover business needs beyond features
- Design and deliver tailored, narrative-driven demos addressing customer pain points
- Execute proof-of-concept workshops proving value in the customer context
- Act as voice of the customer to product management to influence platform development
- Coordinate and align specialist and product teams to position multi-product solutions
- Develop a multi-year technology vision and roadmap with customers in collaboration with Customer Success
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Fluency in German required
- Hands-on experience with enterprise planning processes (FP&A, S&OP, Supply Chain, Workforce, Sales Performance) in presales/solution consulting or business transformation (SaaS/enterprise software preferred)
- Experience collaborating with account executives and owning technical sales process (strategy, discovery, demos, roadmaps, validation)
- Strong value-based selling and storytelling beyond features
- Problem-solving at the technology-business interface
- Public speaking experience and ability to simplify complex ideas
- Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, GenAI, Agentic frameworks, ML, and data integration
- Familiarity with EPM, CPM, BI, or ERP systems is a plus
- Prior industry experience with aligned accounts is a plus
