Your Opportunities – We Are Hiring:
Beauty Advisors
Locations: Frankfurt, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne
- Train and coach Beauty Advisors and store teams
- Support store sales through product knowledge and training excellence
- Ensure brand consistency across locations
- Lead and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors
- Drive both artistry standards and retail sales performance
- Deliver expert service and product knowledge to customers in store
- Act as a brand ambassador and local point of contact
- Passion for beauty, people, and sales
- Experience in retail (cosmetics or premium segment preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German, good English preferred
- For Trainers & Team Leads: experience in leadership or training is a plus
- Work for a global, trend-setting beauty brand
- In-depth training in sales and artistry techniques
