In this role, you will take ownership of the following responsibilities: /p pbFinancial Accounting: /b /p ul liIndependently process accounts payable, including the verification, coding and posting of supplier invoices. /li liManage accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and monitoring incoming payments. /li liPost daily financial transactions in the general ledger. /li liPrepare journal entries and periodic accruals. /li liReconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable and balance sheet accounts. /li liMaintain the fixed asset register, including asset capitalization and depreciation. /li liPrepare VAT returns and support other statutory reporting requirements. /li liSupport month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities. /li liEnsure proper and complete accounting records in accordance with internal policies and applicable accounting regulations. /li /ul pbFinancial Reporting Controlling Support: /b /p ul liAssist in maintaining regular management reports and financial dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. /li liAnalyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities on project, product and customer level. /li liOversee internal cost allocations, cost center reporting, and variance tracking. /li liContribute to cost control initiatives and monitor departmental spending and maintain internal financial controls and procedures. /li /ul pbCost Accounting and Reporting: /b /p ul liSupport cost center and cost object accounting. /li liAssist with internal cost allocations. /li liPrepare standard reports and reconciliations. /li liSupport budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes. /li liMaintain and manage financial master data within the ERP system. /li /ul pbOther Responsibilities: /b /p ul liAct as the contact person for accounting-related matters for EDGE Finance and ANAVIA departments. /li liSupport internal and external audits. /li liContribute to the optimization and digitalization of finance processes. /li liPerform general administrative tasks within the Finance Department. /li /ul pbCompetencies Duties: /b /p ul liWork independently in a structured and reliable manner. /li liEnsure the timely, complete and accurate processing of all accounting transactions. /li liEnsure compliance with EDGE and ANAVIA financial policies as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. /li liHandle confidential financial information with discretion. /li liCooperate constructively with internal and external stakeholders. /li liSupport the continuous improvement of finance processes. /li liComply with ANAVIA's company policies, quality standards and safety regulations. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liCompleted commercial vocational training, complemented by further education in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent qualification. /li liSeveral years of professional experience in finance and accounting. /li liSound knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting. /li liExperience in cost accounting is an advantage. /li liVery good German and English language skills. /li /ul pJoin a dynamic and international team at bANAVIA /b and help shape the future of unmanned aviation.
