Our dual-use helicopter platforms and sensors support a wide range of missions, including intelligence and surveillance (ISR), infrastructure inspection, cargo, and other critical operations. /ppbOur team is growing! /b /ppJoin us as bFlight Control Engineer /b to help develop the next generation of unmanned helicopters. /ppFrom designing and integrating flight control software to testing and optimizing performance, you’ll work alongside our engineering teams to build reliable, high-performing systems that are shaping the future of aviation. /ph3Key Tasks /h3ullibFlight Control Software: /b Design, develop, implement, and test model-based flight control software to enable new aircraft capabilities and enhance system performance. /lilibSimulation Validation: /b Verify and validate newly implemented features using a comprehensive simulation framework to ensure reliability, safety, and performance. /lilibDocumentation: /b Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and training materials describing flight control logic, software architecture, and system behavior. /lilibAutonomy: /b Design and implement safe, reliable autonomous flight sequences that meet customer requirements and comply with the latest aviation safety standards and regulations. /lilibCollaboration: /b Work closely with cross-functional teams, including systems, avionics, flight operations, and design engineers, to develop innovative features and continuously improve our unmanned helicopter platforms. /lilibContinuous Improvement: /b Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and evolving safety regulations, incorporating best practices into software development processes. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. /liliProven experience with model-based development, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices is required. /liliExperience bprogramming in C /b or a similar language is an advantage. /liliExperience with bHardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) /b and bSoftware-in-the-Loop (SIL) /b testing is a plus. /liliStrong expertise in bmodel-based development using /b bSimulink /bor similar tools. Solid understanding of bflight dynamics /b. Ability to design and execute comprehensive test programs, from unit testing through to system-level validation. Excellent technical communication and documentation skills. /liliProficiency in English.
