THE ROLE
Ancient + Brave has recently launched into Germany and we have big ambitions for growth in 2025, driven by a busy marketing and content calendar driving brand awareness for our own website, retail partners, and Amazon store.

We need a self-motivated and organised Marketing Assistant to join our in-house team to help us move fast, say yes to the new opportunities that come our way, and to spread the word about Ancient + Brave and the importance of collagen for a German audience.

Reporting to the German market lead, you will be:

1. Organising & co-ordinating marketing materials for events and partnerships, working with multiple teams both in the UK and Germany to understand requirements and how best to fulfil them.
2. Sending out samples and products.
3. Written translation (German to English & English to German) for marketing materials.
4. Supporting on action plans, calendars & tracking team progress.
5. Researching new marketing opportunities & competitor activity.

This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months - We can offer the role on a 3-4 days a week basis.

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:

1. German native speaker with strong written skills in both English & German.
2. Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
3. Can communicate effectively within a team to co-ordinate multiple stakeholders and get the job done.
4. Interest in consumer marketing & the wellness space.

We’ve worked hard to make our office (a beautiful old mill situated in East Sussex) an inviting and friendly environment for all of our team members and we expect any new joiner to be in the office full time.
