Overview The Sales Team Lead is a pivotal commercial role responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a sales team. The position focuses on driving sales performance, optimizing pipeline management, and ensuring operational excellence to support sustainable revenue growth. You will work closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, maintain KPI ownership, and foster a high-performance culture. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys developing top talent, and brings a strong commercial mindset.
