As Manager Andermatt Experiences Hub, you will help set up and lead this new, year-round touchpoint: from personal destination advice and experience bookings to our tea lounge and retail. You are the link between guests, our internal teams and external partners – and you make sure every visit feels unmistakably Andermatt.

Your contribution to our success,
- You run the Hub day to day: opening and closing, shift planning and handovers across concierge, lounge, tea service and retail.
- You shape the guest journey – from the first welcome through advice and booking to follow-up – at a consistently premium level.
- You coach your team and cross-train them so they can flex between experience concierge, tea hospitality and merchandise.
- You oversee the direct booking of simple experiences and the clean referral of specialist and partner-operated activities.
- You uphold the standards for our Alpine Wellness tea concept and retail – and encourage additional sales without disturbing the relaxed lounge atmosphere.
- You keep an eye on budget, booking conversion, NPS and stock, and initiate improvements.
- You resolve guest issues with confidence and coordinate follow-up with departments and partners.
- Where needed, you also support other areas of Andermatt Experiences.
What you bring in,
- A professional qualification in hospitality, tourism, retail, business or another service-oriented field; a higher vocational qualification is an advantage
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, tourism, retail or guest services, including coordinating a team or shift
- Confident use of booking platforms, CRM, POS and payment systems, and stock control
- A feel for premium service, lounge atmosphere and selling without pressure
- A head for numbers: KPI reporting, budget monitoring and commission tracking
- Fluent German and English; further languages are a plus
- Good knowledge of Andermatt and the region is an advantage
- Flexibility to work weekends, events and peak seasons
