Play a key role in the payroll transformation, supporting migration to a new system while driving process improvements, automation and digitalization initiatives Co-lead the design, implementation and stabilization of payroll processes and structures resulting from organizational and legal entity changes Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with all legal, tax and regulatory requirements Independently execute payroll runs, including monthly and year-end activities, across multiple entities Maintain robust payroll controls, reconciliation and validation processes to ensure accuracy and data integrity Manage social insurance and pension matters, including annual reconciliations, absence-related benefits and compensation fund settlements Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, managers and employees on payroll, social insurance and related matters Analyze payroll data and trends to support reporting, decision-making and continuous improvement What you bring in
