BUCHHALTER (M/W/D) At Anexia, we operate a global infrastructure with over 100 server locations in 70 countries—and behind every byte are invoices, contracts, and payment flows that need to be processed accurately. As part of our Finance team, you’ll ensure that our accounts payable processes run accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
Independently manage day-to-day accounts payable
Process international incoming invoices, including foreign currencies and reverse-charge transactions
Prepare and execute payments, and maintain and reconcile accounts payable
Resolve discrepancies and handle ongoing correspondence with domestic and international suppliers
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including provisions and account reconciliations
Actively participate in the optimization and digitization of internal accounting processes
Qualifications
Completed business training (HAK, HAS, or similar); a certified accounting qualification is a plus
Experience in accounting, ideally in accounts payable or accounts receivable
Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Willingness to effectively integrate AI applications into daily work to optimize processes
Accuracy, reliability, and a knack for numbers, combined with a structured, self‑directed work style
Ability to work well in a team and a hands‑on approach
Excellent German skills and good written and spoken English
