Working: flexible hours and the option to work from home 1–2 days per week.
Compensation: Attractive salary starting at €90,000 gross per year (with the potential for higher compensation depending on experience and qualifications), plus bonus and additional employer benefits such as severance arrangements and insurance support.
Housing German is considered a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex global interdependencies and maintain oversight in fast-changing environments.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with enthusiasm for working with international teams and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10 to 20% ).
