Responsibilities
- Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow-up with clients.
- Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and agreements in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the renewal manager, software engineers, and account management to ensure a smooth renewal process from end to end.
- Track and manage the renewal pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot).
- Address customer questions or concerns regarding renewal terms, pricing, and service levels.
- Work directly with the Renewal Manager to proactively identify risks to renewal.
- Maintain accurate records of renewal status and performance metrics.
- Implement renewal groups once an agreement is reached.
- Improve and streamline the renewal process based on client and team feedback.
Experience
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client service, sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects.
- Team player with a client-centered approach.
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry (preferred)
- Basic understanding of contract terms and pricing structures (preferred)
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis (preferred)
- Familiarity with ZenDesk for communication management (preferred)
- Familiarity with the CRM HubSpot (preferred)
