Overview
In this role you apply state-of-the-art engineering to deliver antivibration solutions for customers and internal teams. You will use advanced simulation tools to support projects and drive innovative product concepts. You lead technical customer projects from concept to market release and serve as a trusted technical advisor across the organization. Collaboration with engineering, production, and sales teams is key to improving manufacturing efficiency and customer success. This role offers international exposure, knowledge sharing, and the opportunity to shape product development in a global context.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide engineering services and technical support to customers, Product Application Engineers and internal sales teams
- Utilize advanced simulation tools (nonlinear FEA, virtual product development) to support projects and solutions
- Lead technical customer projects from concept and validation to market release
- Represent A+P engineering capabilities to customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Drive technical excellence by reviewing product compliance, preparing homologation documentation and supporting continuous improvement
- Share knowledge through technical training, coaching, seminars and mentoring
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams, Business Units, production sites, suppliers and quality teams to support innovation, manufacturing efficiency and customer success
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 3 years in a similar engineering role with antivibration, industrial components or related products
- Hands-on experience with CAE technologies, product simulation and virtual product development tools
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including elastomer-metal combinations
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel internationally (~30-40%, mainly Europe and Turkey)
- Fluent English; German is a plus
