Then you should read on! /p h3YOUR MISSION /h3 ul liDefine and implement the Group's People Development and learning strategy, aligning training initiatives with business priorities and organizational needs. /li liDrive the strategic development of the group-wide A+P Academy (LMS), taking ownership of platform strategy, governance, user experience, master data management, and content architecture. /li liDesign and continuously improve digital learning content and training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts, business leaders, and external partners. /li liLead, develop, and manage the People Development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. /li liCoordinate group-wide onboarding, Welcome Days, classroom and virtual training, and leadership development programs, ensuring a consistent and engaging learning experience across all business channels. /li liEstablish learning standards, evaluate training effectiveness, and develop learning KPIs and management reports to measure impact and identify optimization opportunities. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; further qualifications in Learning Development, adult education, coaching, or learning technologies are an advantage. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in Learning Development, Corporate Training, or Talent Development, including the development and implementation of strategic learning initiatives. /li liYou bring experience in an international industrial or technical environment. /li liProven experience with learning management systems and digital learning solutions (Avendoo is an advantage). /li liStrong expertise in modern learning methods, adult education, training design, project management, and stakeholder management. /li liStrategic and entrepreneurial thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a passion for innovative, technology-based learning approaches. /li liInspiring and hands-on leader with experience in developing people and turning concepts into tangible results, combined with intercultural competence and confidence in an international environment. /li liFluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage. /li /ul h3ANGST+PFISTER DNA /h3 pThe Angst+Pfister Group has been a leading development and production partner for industrial components for over 100 years.
