Your Mission

• Manage the Product Lifecycle to meet strategic and financial objectives, focusing on key markets and applications.
• Implement sales initiatives, set revenue goals, collaborate on supplier selection, and support sales efforts.
• Develop marketing materials, conduct annual strategy reviews, and establish control tools for strategy execution.
• Monitor market trends, explore new technologies, identify business opportunities, and lead the development of new products and solutions with partners.
• Define sources and suppliers for the product portfolio, ensure data quality, and support sales teams with training.
• Define and update pricing strategies based on market and cost analysis.
• Support online shop assortment, develop product content for marketing (SEM/SEO), and oversee website content and visuals.

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering, marketing, business management, or equivalent experience; Marketing MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in Product Management or Senior Application Engineering in B2B sectors.
• Knowledge of Fluid Technology, relevant markets, and competitors.
• Strong skills in Mechanics, Material Physics, or Chemistry, coupled with sales expertise.
• Positive, ambitious, and inspiring personality.
• Availability to be at our Zurich HQ at least twice a month.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages like Italian, French, Dutch are a plus.
