ppWe are looking for a bTalent Acquisition Partner (Temporary – 6 months) /b to lead recruitment activities for the bSwiss region /b, playing a key role in driving a strategic, proactive approach to veterinary talent acquisition. /p pThis position is focused on bdirect search and talent pipeline creation /b for Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians (ATV), anticipating business needs and building long‑term talent communities in a highly competitive and multilingual market. /p pThis role goes beyond traditional recruitment delivery. The TA Partner will act as a bmarket expert and strategic advisor /b, responsible for building strong talent databases, maintaining continuous contact with key profiles, and developing innovative ways to attract and engage candidates. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Direct Search Strategic Sourcing /h3 ul liLead direct search (headhunting) activities for Veterinarians and ATV profiles, with a strong focus on passive candidates. /li liProactively identify, approach, and engage talent ahead of open vacancies. /li liConduct talent mapping across Switzerland by region, specialty, seniority, and critical roles. /li liBuild long‑term relationships with key professionals in the veterinary market. /li liCreate, structure, and continuously maintain strategic talent databases. /li liEnsure data quality, segmentation, and traceability for future hiring needs. /li liUse pipelines as a strategic tool to reduce time‑to‑hire and improve hiring quality. /li /ul h3Talent Attraction Employer Branding /h3 ul liAct as an employer brand ambassador within the veterinary community. /li liParticipate in job fairs, congresses, universities, and industry events in Switzerland. /li liCommunicate a compelling employee value proposition (development, clinical excellence, culture, learning opportunities). /li /ul h3Innovation in Talent Acquisition /h3 ul liPropose and implement innovative sourcing strategies and attraction channels. /li liCollaborate with clinics and hospitals to design initiatives that differentiate AniCura in the Swiss market. /li liAnalyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with clinics and hospitals to understand hiring needs and profile requirements. /li liAct as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and guidance. /li liCollaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistency and best practices. /li /ul h3Required Profile /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum b5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition /b, ideally in healthcare, clinical, pharma, or specialized environments. /li liExperience recruiting veterinary or healthcare profiles is highly valued. /li liStrategic and forward‑thinking mindset. /li liStrong networking and relationship‑building skills. /li liHigh level of autonomy, proactivity, and ownership. /li liAbility to anticipate talent needs and market challenges. /li liExcellent communication and influencing skills. /li liCreativity and interest in innovation within Talent Acquisition. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul libNative German (mandatory) /b /li libHigh / professional level of English (mandatory) /b /li liOther Swiss national languages (French or Italian) are a plus /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul libTemporary contract (6 months) /b /li liFull-time position /li liA strategic role within an international organization /li liA collaborative, people-first, and dynamic environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
