We can offer you the following tasks:
- You will be responsible for the conception, organization, and implementation of trade fairs and corporate events for external and internal target groups, which take place live, hybrid, or virtually.
- You will be responsible for advising and supporting other departments and the site management in the organization of corporate events and VIP visits.
- You will be responsible for regular contact with internal clients and external event service providers such as graphics agencies.
- Your tasks include participant handling and budget control.
- You will provide support for communication work following events or trade fairs.
You can help us with these qualifications:
- You have successfully completed a degree in marketing, tourism, business administration, communications, or similar with a focus on event management.
- You have already gained initial practical experience (at least 2 years) in the field of event management in a company, agency, or hotel.
- You have a high digital affinity/IT competence for the implementation of virtual or hybrid events.
- You are a team player with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders and target groups.
- You are flexible and resilient and have a cost-conscious and structured way of working.
- English proficiency completes your profile.
