ANIMSHOP is looking for an experienced, committed, and results-driven Store Manager to lead its retail location in Zürich.

We are looking for someone who can manage the store independently, with energy and a strong commercial mindset, while ensuring an excellent customer experience and creating a motivating work environment for the team.
Your responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team on a daily basis
- Ensuring high-quality customer service and an outstanding in-store experience
- Driving commercial performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Overseeing store operations, merchandising, stock management, and visual presentation
- Analysing store performance and implementing concrete actions to improve results
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, procedures, and policies
- Creating a positive, dynamic, and high-performing work environment
- Taking part in the organisation of occasional events
Your profile
- You have proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management position
- You have a strong knowledge of and interest in pop culture, TCGs, anime, and manga
- You have demonstrated your ability to achieve strong commercial results
- You have excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- You have a strong commercial mindset and a hands-on, operational approach
- You enjoy taking initiative, working independently, and taking ownership of store performance
- You are passionate about retail and delivering an excellent customer experience
