The ideal candidate is a strong, people-oriented leader with a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience. As Store Manager, you will strategically lead the business to achieve sales and profit targets. You will bring a creative approach, develop and train a successful sales team, and build personal customer relationships both in-store and online.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Lead the Assistant Store Managers and operational staff to ensure an exceptional and luxurious in-store experience.
  • Customer Loyalty: Promote a clienteling mentality through appointment sales and build a loyal customer base in-store.
  • Entrepreneurial Thinking: Analyze KPIs to capture business results and develop strategies to achieve performance goals.
  • Team Development: Responsible for recruiting top talent and continuous training and development of the team in a flagship store environment.
  • Local Partnerships: Collaborate with the retail team at headquarters for strategic planning of community events. Act as a community ambassador for the market, building relationships with local partners and Friends of the Brand, and planning seasonal partnerships or events.
  • Merchandising: Ensure a clean and organized presentation of the sales floor and stockroom. Support visual merchandising standards and seasonal guidelines. Collaborate with the buying and planning teams to ensure an assortment on-site that meets the needs of your location.
  • Operational Management: Responsible for overseeing all store operations. Create a plan to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Manage the monthly store budget, assist with online order fulfillment, and overall organization of front and back-of-house areas.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in the luxury or premium contemporary market.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service expertise; adept at building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Proactive and positive handling of customer concerns with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong knowledge in achieving targets, budget planning, and retail math.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills; experience in building and maintaining customer relationships and training staff.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with a positive and engaging leadership style.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).
