Full-time (Junior) IT Consultant (m/f/d) for POS / Retail at our office in Essen or Hamburg.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on the implementation and further development of POS solutions
- Systematically gather requirements and prepare them for implementation
- Manage projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct workshops and training sessions independently
- Support projects during testing and go-live phases
- Work closely with development and support teams
- Provide support for technical inquiries in presales and contribute expertise
Qualifications
- Some experience in IT field or in projects (junior level), or several years of experience in IT consulting or project management
- Strong understanding of software and processes
- Structured, solution-oriented, independent working style
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when interacting with customers
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to solution finding
- Experience in retail or POS sector is a plus
- Excellent German skills and good English skills
- Willingness to travel
