This position is a (full-time) , based in (DACH Region) , (home office) , with (frequent business travel) position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Market Entry & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to establish and grow the Anker SOLIX brand in the European market.
  • Business Development & Management: Identify, onboard, and manage new high-value distributors, retailers, and key accounts to rapidly drive sales growth.
  • Relationship & Contract Negotiation: Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, expertly negotiating agreements to maximize sales performance and market penetration.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless execution and success in achieving sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and trend analysis to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Performance & Strategy Feedback: Monitor sales performance, provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement, and deliver critical market feedback to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in business development, channel development, or key account management.
  • At least 3 years of direct business development experience within the home energy storage, Solar PV, or Inverters sectors.
  • A proven track record of success in B2C or B2B2C channel expansion and strategic key account management.
  • Proficiency in both German and English is mandatory, with additional European language skills being a significant advantage.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
