What You’ll Do
- Track business requirements and identify opportunities to apply AI and automation tools in daily operations; monitor and report on business processes and key metrics.
- Provide technical tool support to GTM, operations, and sales teams; leverage AI tools to improve daily operational efficiency and deliver business optimization recommendations.
- Participate in key business initiatives — drive them to completion by introducing AI tools or redesigning business processes; help business teams improve their AI tool proficiency and process-discipline awareness, accelerating regional business growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Current undergraduate or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Computer Science, AI, Business Analytics, Information Management, or related fields preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and standard office tools; hands‑on experience with large language models (LLMs); familiarity with low-code / no-code platforms or business process automation tools is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and technical sensitivity; genuine interest in using AI and automation to empower business.
- Solid logical thinking and independent reasoning; quick learner with strong teamwork mindset.
Nice to Have
- Hands‑on project experience with AI tools (even personal side projects)
- Familiarity with Python / SQL / Zapier / Notion API / etc.
- Overseas study or work background
