They're seeking aCustomer Success Representativefluent in German to join their mission of simplifying and digitizing outdated workflows.What You'll DoDeliver tailored onboarding and training through webinars, on-site sessions, and 1:1 supportAnalyse customer needs to create engagement initiatives (e.g. training, content, process optimisation)Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with customers at every stageAttend trade fairs and customer visits to strengthen adoption and brand presenceIdentify upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation opportunities through daily interactionsProvide first-line support (email, phone, and ticketing via Zendesk) with a customer-first mindsetWhat You'll BringExperience in customer onboarding, support, or success—ideally in SaaS or tech-driven environmentsTechnical comfort with platforms like Salesforce , Zendesk , and CRM/CX toolsNative-level German and strong professional English communicationEmpathetic, proactive, and team-oriented personalitySelf-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyWhy Join?
