Job Description – Director of Engineering
Company Overview
Annapurna has partnered with a PE-backed SaaS marketplace who have created a new Director of Engineering role as part of their growth. The role will take responsibility for the engineering organisation that has previously directly reported to the CTO.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading cross-functional Engineering teams through Engineering Managers
- Focus on Delivery Management & Strategy including KPIs, goals and priorities
- Work closely with Engineering Managers to bring the best out of the teams
- Collaborate with peers in other engineering teams and product function
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience managing engineering teams through other leaders (Managers/Team Lead)
- SaaS/Cloud based product experience
- Experience in a growing organisation / function with a clear track record of scaling
