Our Company, operating in the financial services sector, is seeking a talented and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy.
• Oversee financial management, including financial planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Oversee the Audit process.
• Participate in Company board meetings.
• Supervise and support the professional development of Finance function including performance management.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role.
• At least 10 years’ experience.
• University degree in the Accounting or Economics field or equivalent.
• Additional professional certifications (e.g. ACCA).
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Fluency in English and French, both oral and written.
