With anqer.bid, bidders find relevant tenders, assess them faster and write their proposals with AI support. Our customers are general contractors, engineering and architecture firms, and facility management providers. This role brings the practice of bid management into the team: which documents matter, where deadlines get tight, which criteria decide the award. You make sure product, customer work and sales reflect that practice.### Day-to-dayProduct — you check whether anqer.bid finds and assesses tenders correctly, describe workflows from the bidder's side and work with the product owner and engineering on requirementsAI results — you review analyses, qualification matches and proposal drafts on substance and feed concrete corrections back to the teamCustomers — you support customers during onboarding and on live tenders, from assessment to submissionSales — you run demos with bid teams, answer domain questions and help win new customersMarket knowledge — you follow procurement law, tender platforms and developments in construction, planning and FM, and make that knowledge usable for the teamSuccess & Team## How impact is judged — and who you work with### How we measure success* Customers who use anqer.bid regularly on live tenders after onboarding* Domain corrections that reach the product as improvements* Demos with bid teams that lead to a follow-up meeting* Time customers need per tender from first review to go/no-go decision* Customer proposals submitted that were prepared with anqer.bid### Who you work withCEO: sales, customer meetings, market positioningProduct Owner: requirements, prioritisation, acceptance of new featuresEngineering & AI team: domain review of AI results, test cases from real tendersCustomers: bid teams at general contractors, planning firms and FM providersFit & Offer## Is this you — and what's in it for you* Several years of bid management or tender management on the bidder side — in construction, planning, building services or facility management / services* Hands-on experience with public tenders: tender documents, qualification and award criteria, deadlines, bidder questions. You know VgV, UVgO and VOB/A from applying them* Experience with tender platforms and electronic bid submission* Appetite for a startup: open-ended tasks, fast decisions, switching between product, customers and sales* Interest in AI tools.
