ph3Software Engineer – ATM Surveillance Data Processing /h3 pbActivity rate: /b 100% /p pbIndustry: /b Air Traffic Management / Safety-Critical Systems /p h3Context /h3 pAs part of the modernization of critical Air Traffic Management systems, we are looking for an experienced bSoftware Engineer – ATM Surveillance Data Processing /b. /p pYou will join a specialized engineering team working on surveillance data processing systems and contribute to the transformation of a large legacy platform into a modern bservice-oriented architecture /b. /p pThe position operates within a highly regulated and safety-critical environment, with strong requirements regarding quality, reliability, performance and traceability. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to the modernization and service decomposition of a critical legacy system within an ATM surveillance processing chain. /li liDesign, develop and maintain bhigh-availability back-end applications using Java /b. /li liApply bTest-Driven Development (TDD) /b and bBehavior-Driven Development (BDD) /b practices. /li liDefine and implement automated testing strategies using bJava and Cucumber /b. /li liAnalyze operational and user needs and translate them into software requirements and technical solutions. /li liProduce and maintain engineering documentation, including system/software requirements, design descriptions, test specifications and traceability documentation. /li liParticipate in bVerification Validation (VV) /b activities throughout the software development lifecycle. /li liContribute to test planning, execution and reporting, including bFactory Acceptance Tests (FAT) /b and bSite Acceptance Tests (SAT) /b. /li liSupport certification, compliance and quality assurance activities related to safety-critical systems. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives regarding engineering processes, automation, quality and compliance. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liEngineering degree in bComputer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Aeronautics /b, or equivalent. /li libMinimum 5 years of professional experience /b developing complex software systems. /li liPrevious experience in a bregulated and/or safety-critical environment /b. /li liExperience with brequirements engineering, Verification Validation and software lifecycle documentation /b. /li liStrong hands-on experience with bJava, Spring and Maven /b. /li liGood knowledge of bLinux environments, networking and distributed systems /b. /li liExperience with bNetty, messaging systems or low-level network communication /b is a strong advantage. /li liFamiliarity with software quality standards and engineering processes is an asset. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to translate operational requirements into robust software solutions. /li liAutonomous, proactive and quality-driven mindset. /li liAbility to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul libFluent English – minimum C1 level /b, written and spoken. /li liFrench and/or German is an asset. /li /ul h3Technical Environment /h3 pbJava | Spring | Maven | Cucumber | TDD | BDD | Linux | Networking | Distributed Systems | Netty | Messaging | VV | FAT/SAT | Service-Oriented Architecture /b /p pFounded in 2007, Antaes is a Swiss management and technology consulting firm and one of Switzerland’s leading consulting companies.
