Engineering Team Leader – Air Traffic Flow Management Software (ATFCM) Location: Geneva – minimum 3 days on site per week Start date: January 2027 Your mission Lead, coach and develop a team of around ten engineers and specialists Drive the transition of engineering activities into an internal team: knowledge transfer, onboarding, continuity of service Define the team's future organisational structure and operating model Manage performance, objective setting, talent development and succession planning Ensure rigorous engineering practices (requirements, code quality, testing, configuration and release management) Ensure predictable delivery of the product roadmap and monitor team capacity Improve productivity through process optimisation, automation and tooling Build resource plans with Product Management and Finance; manage recruitment and suppliers Desired profile At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a background as Software Engineer, Architect or Tech Lead At least 5 years of experience managing software engineering teams Proven track record in organisational transformation, insourcing or outsourcing transitions Experience in ATM, aeronautics or other safety‑critical environments Strong leadership, with the ability to develop talent and build high‑performing teams Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality practices Rigorous, well organised, with excellent stakeholder communication Fluent French and English required Willing to live in Geneva or the surrounding area About Antaes Founded in 2007, Antaes is a Swiss management and technology consulting firm ranked among the top 10 consulting companies in Switzerland.
