Role overview
The Data Governance Project Onboarding Specialist helps new projects and teams adopt the TDI Data Governance Platform in a structured, practical way. - Gather and structure business and data requirements from documents, articles, reports, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.

- Plan technical deployments and coordinate the activities, dependencies, environments, and readiness checks needed for a controlled rollout.
- Identify data owners and data stewards in each new project, clarify their responsibilities, and establish the governance operating model.
- Plan and deliver onboarding and role-based training for data owners, data stewards, and relevant project contributors.
- Document decisions, models, data constraints, governance responsibilities, and onboarding outcomes so that each project can be supported and maintained.
Required Expertise
- Proven experience in data management, governance and analytics.
- Strong ability to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements with business teams and technical stakeholders.
