We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join a highly skilled engineering team working on complex, mission-critical software systems.
You will contribute to the development and improvement of automated testing frameworks, ensuring the reliability, performance and quality of software used in safety-critical environments.

Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Create and execute automated tests using Python, Java, Squish, Citrus or JUnit .
- Identify, investigate and document software defects.
- Maintain test results and ensure effective test reporting.
- Collaborate with software engineers to improve testing processes and software quality.
- Apply testing best practices, including BDD, TDD and ATDD.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within an Agile development environment.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in safety-critical or mission-critical software environments .
- Strong hands-on experience in software test automation and test framework development.
- Good programming skills in Python and/or Java .
- Experience with automation tools such as Squish, JUnit, Citrus, JMeter or SoapUI.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate requirements into effective test cases.
- Experience in Air Traffic Management, aerospace, defence, railway, automotive or other safety-critical industries is highly valued.
- Familiarity with safety and software standards such as IEC 61508, ED-153 or ISO 12207 is an advantage.
- Fluent French and English are required. German is a plus.
