Mission On behalf of a major international organisation, you ensure the governance, coordination and continuous improvement of the ICT services delivered by internal teams and external providers. As a trusted operational partner, you guarantee the stability, quality and visibility of ICT services, in both corporate and event environments.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & coordination
– coordinate ICT activities across internal teams, business units and providers; lead and follow up steering committees (CoPil).
Service operations
– oversight of the service desk, incidents and requests; major‑incident coordination, problem management and root‑cause analysis.
Performance & reporting
– KPI and SLA monitoring, operational reporting, trend and risk analysis, service reviews; performance monitoring of external providers, escalation handling and improvement actions.
Event support
– preparation and operational reinforcement during major‑event periods (readiness reviews, enhanced monitoring, lessons learned); service‑maturity initiatives and promotion of ITIL best practices.
Your Profile
Confirmed senior experience in ICT service management, operational governance and stakeholder management.
Solid command of ITIL practices and ITSM tools; able to work autonomously.
Excellent coordination, reporting and communication skills (PowerPoint, Excel / Power BI, Word).
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment with fluctuating demand.
Appreciated Assets
ITIL Foundation V4 certification.
Experience in multi‑supplier, multi‑country environments.
Knowledge of SIAM processes.
