Mission On behalf of a major international organisation, you ensure the governance, coordination and continuous improvement of the ICT services delivered by internal teams and external providers.

As a trusted operational partner, you guarantee the stability, quality and visibility of ICT services, in both corporate and event environments.

Key Responsibilities Governance lead and follow up steering committees (Co Pil).

Service operations – oversight of the service desk, incidents and requests; major‑incident coordination, problem management and root‑cause analysis.

Performance performance monitoring of external providers, escalation handling and improvement actions.

Event support – preparation and operational reinforcement during major‑event periods (readiness reviews, enhanced monitoring, lessons learned); service‑maturity initiatives and promotion of ITIL best practices.

Your Profile Confirmed senior experience in ICT service management, operational governance and stakeholder management.

Solid command of ITIL practices and ITSM tools; able to work autonomously.

Excellent coordination, reporting and communication skills (Power Point, Excel / Power BI, Word).

Comfortable in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment with fluctuating demand.

Appreciated Assets ITIL Foundation V4 certification.

Experience in multi‑supplier, multi‑country environments.

Knowledge of SIAM processes.
