ph3bLocation: Geneva /b /h3 h3bActivity rate: 100% /b /h3 h3bYour main responsibilities: /b /h3 pYou will be responsible for: /p ul liDesigning, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation solutions in a highly regulated and safety-critical environment. /li liAutomating software deployment processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of configuration management and orchestration practices. /li liDeveloping, maintaining and optimizing automation solutions using Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform, with particular attention to performance, reliability and maintainability. /li liManaging and improving CI/CD environments based on Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, RHEL and Windows. /li liAnalysing deployment, integration and infrastructure-related issues and implementing sustainable and robust corrective solutions. /li liDeveloping and maintaining scripts and automation tools using technologies such as Bash, PowerShell, Python or Ruby. /li liContributing to the design and architecture of automation solutions across both cloud and on-premise environments. /li liSupporting and improving configuration management and deployment practices, including Jenkins logic, Puppet modules, GitOps and Gitflow-based workflows. /li liWorking closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, sustainable and understandable automation solutions. /li liOnce fully operational in the role, occasionally supporting deployments outside standard working hours. /li /ul h3bRequired skills: /b /h3 ul liYou have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent extensive professional experience. /li liYou have at least b8 years /b of professional experience in bDevOps or Software Engineering /b, with significant exposure to automation. /li liYou have at least 2 years of experience in a highly regulated environment such as Aerospace, Finance or a comparable industry. /li liYou have administrator-level proficiency with bGit, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, RHEL and Windows /b. /li liYou have extensive hands-on experience with bAnsible and Ansible Automation Platform /b, particularly regarding performance and optimization. /li liYou have strong scripting skills, ideally with Bash, PowerShell, Python and/or Ruby. /li liYou have experience with security-related topics in complex cloud and on-premise network environments. /li liYou have experience with at least one major programming language, preferably Java or C++. /li liYou have strong software design and architecture skills. /li liExperience developing custom Puppet modules or advanced Jenkins logic is an asset. /li liKnowledge of monorepository structures, GitLab/GitHub Actions and Runners, GitOps and Gitflow methodologies is an asset. /li liYou are familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies. /li /ul h3bYour profile: /b /h3 ul liYou enjoy analysing technical issues and implementing sustainable solutions rather than short-term fixes. /li liYou are comfortable working in a safety-critical and highly regulated environment. /li liYou are able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li liYou favour simple, maintainable and open-source solutions over unnecessarily complex custom developments. /li liYou are collaborative and comfortable working within a close-knit technical team. /li liYou are able to express and defend your technical point of view constructively. /li liYou are rigorous, reliable and strongly focused on quality. /li liYou demonstrate autonomy, accountability and a strong sense of responsibility. /li /ul h3bLanguages: /b /h3 ul libFrench, German or Italian: /b an asset /li /ul pFounded in 2007, Antaes is a Swiss management and technology consulting firm and one of Switzerland's leading consulting companies.
