Senior Tech Transfer Project Manager (F/M)
Location: Zurich or Neuchâtel areas
Start date: April 2025 – February 2028
Workload: 100%, on site or remote
To join our Life Sciences team in Zurich or Neuchâtel, we are looking for a Senior Tech Transfer Project Manager (F/M) .
The main duties:
- Act as a Project Manager for Tech Transfer and as a Single Point of Contact for TAK Global Process Owner and Local (Sending Unit) teams towards the Brazilian Local PM team.
- Ensure flawless execution, communication and escalation between the Local Project team and Global/Sending Unit teams.
The project:
- Support development of global project timelines following endorsed TT strategy.
- Provide clear visibility on short/mid long term deliverables to the sending unit.
- Develop sending unit activities plan, and establish KPIs for sending unit deliverables.
- Identify resource needs for sending unit activities, align resource allocation with sending unit Sponsor, coordinate sending unit project team.
- Monitor progress, proactively identify risks and propose mitigation. Escalate issues to sending unit Sponsor.
- Establish and maintain a project risk register. Develop and monitor mitigation strategies.
- Track and document changes to established TT strategy. Seek endorsement of strategy changes.
- Schedule and organize training activities at receiving unit. Support the team for training readiness.
- Organize regular project review and technical meetings with sending unit and global team.
- Support reporting of project status to leadership teams.
Your profile:
- BSc/ MSc in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology or comparable education.
- Strong in leading a team in complex Global and Matrix environments (Internal Global/Local model & (business) partnerships) and driving collaboration within the team.
- Strong CMC/TT expertise preferably Large Molecule area.
- Strong knowledge on common PM tools/platforms (MSP, Smartsheet,…) and MS360.
- Clear and concise communication (oral and written), leadership, flexibility, conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities, effective cross-cultural communication.
- PM certification beneficial.
- Open to travel to Brazil.
