  • Capital Market IT applications (in-house and package) used worldwide, covering Front Office (Murex, Apex, Orchestrade…), Back Office (Summit, Calypso…), Market data referential (Asset Control…), Market Risk (in-house application on big data technologies).
  • This role aims to develop on the Calypso back‑office package, in project mode as well as maintenance, and to support the “run the bank” function. It requires a deep understanding of the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. The build and support team continuously works with business users, infrastructure engineers and system managers.

Job Description

  • Contribute to IT initiatives for Antaes Asia clients
  • Build & change management
  • Analyse enhancement requests for the repo business and new products.
  • Propose solutions in collaboration with Architects.
  • Specifications, workload estimates, planning, test scenarios, release documentation.
  • Coordinate user acceptance tests.
  • Monthly releases, following the team’s milestones for analysis, coding and testing.
  • Support the release roadmap in production.
  • Incidents and Requests management (business users and other IT teams.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues/bugs.
  • Improve operational processes.
  • Coach more junior team members as required.
  • Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Job Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science or related fields
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in relevant roles.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Calypso business analyst on Calypso back office.
  • Experience on Calypso versions v14 to v17.
  • In depth knowledge of Static Data, Workflows, ScheduledTask, Confirmations, Settlements, Messages / Swift messages, Positions, Accounting, Corporate action, Filters, Reporting Framework, Reconciliation features.
  • Understanding of financial assets (repos, bonds, SLB, issuances) and trade lifecycle.
  • Experience with regulatory reporting HRF, NORIA, MMSR.
  • Experience in interfacing Calypso with external systems.
  • Hands‑on experience in implementation projects.
  • AGILE track record.
  • Willing to do L3 Support if required.
  • Willing to do On‑call rotation with team mates to cover night and week‑end support.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Pro‑active mind‑set in security
  • Proven ability to work individually under pressure
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Very good communication skills and keen to work with business users.

  • Leverage niche platforms and life sciences talent communities to identify specialized candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
  • Provide regular updates, market insights, and data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  • Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
  • Maintain timely and transparent communication with all candidates.
  • Represent the company brand authentically and compellingly to prospective hires.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion, etc.).
  • Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Contribute to social media content and outreach that highlights company culture and opportunities.
