Chief Engineer of Vehicle Calibration Strategy
Based on the complete vehicle positioning and power system characteristics, develop a world-class vehicle-level development strategy that can guide the team to complete the formulation and decomposition of vehicle control strategies, and provide technical guidance for the formulation of strategies between various systems.
Define the vehicle calibration style, provide clear gear shift line calibration strategy, pedal opening calibration, TCU calibration, verify calibration parameters, and propose optimization strategies to ensure the vehicle\’s performance and functionality meet standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a vehicle-level control strategy for hybrid/BEV/FCEV projects based on different scenarios.
- Provide control strategies to simulation engineers, support them in completing model calculations of control strategies, and be responsible for vehicle power, economic indicators, and driving indicators.
- Guide the calibration of modules such as shift quality, shift execution, torque control, start-stop control, energy management, thermal management, and shift control, as well as functional calibration of the bench and vehicle stages, and road environment adaptability calibration.
- Complete the plan control, quality achievement, summary review, and confirmation for each stage of calibration development.
- Based on calibrated actual vehicle test data, guide the vehicle control strategy engineer to optimize control strategies and algorithms.
- Organize, prepare, and implement controller calibration activities, as well as publish calibration data point checks.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
