Your Mission As Global Business Director, you will be responsible for accelerating international business growth by: Developing and executing the global business strategy.
Identifying new market opportunities and growth initiatives.

Collaborating closely with R&D, Product Management and Marketing to develop market-driven solutions.

Who We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced international business leader who combines commercial excellence with strong technical credibility.
Your experience may include: Global Business Development International Sales Leadership Business Unit Leadership Strategic Key Account Management Commercial Leadership within Specialty Chemicals Preferred Industry Experience Experience in one or more of the following sectors would be highly valued: Fiber Finish Textile Chemicals Spinning Technologies Nonwoven Technologies Professionals coming from adjacent industrial markets with comparable technologies or customer environments are also encouraged to apply.
Your Background You bring: A scientific or engineering background in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Textile Engineering.
More than 15 years of international experience.
A proven track record in international business development and value-based selling.
Experience managing strategic customers, distributors and multicultural commercial organizations.
Strong collaboration with Innovation, R&D and Product Management teams.
Solid business acumen with experience in strategic planning and P&L management.
Fluent English.
