Our client is the world’s largest supplier of video surveillance products and solutions. The company specializes in video surveillance technology, as well as designing and manufacturing. Within 20 years , it has achieved a leading worldwide market position in the security industry. Currently we are looking for a young and experienced HR Advisor who will support the HR Team in Frankfurt, Germany. The company does not sponsor the working visa.

Work location: Frankfurt, Germany.

Job description:

Recruitment

  1. Preparing and posting advertisements and job ads.
  2. Keeping the website careers page up to date.
  3. Searching for recruitment tools and social media channels.
  4. Contacting person for agencies and recruitment channels.
  5. Arranging interviews; contacting the candidates and interviewers.
  6. Drafting employment offers, employment contracts, files, recruitment plan and introduction.
  7. Making overview of recruitment data.

Corporate Culture:

  1. Understand both Chinese and Germany cultures, making suggestions on communication, training, and other culture aspects that may impact the success of the business operation.
  2. Plans and carries out events and team-building initiatives for employees.
  3. Conducts interviews to follow up on cultural initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in technology industry.
  2. HR related background is strongly preferred , German proficiency level.
  3. An experienced, professional, enthusiastic, and reliable person.
  4. Good excel and (HR) system skill.
  5. Has an eye for detail and works accurately.
  6. You enjoy working in an international environment where every day is different.
  7. You are flexible, hands-on, a team player and have an understanding for different cultures.
  8. Native Chinese communication skills, plus strong communication skills in English and German, both oral and written.
