Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical customer support, analyze and solve customer issues
• Manage small-scale customer projects throughout the project life cycle, including planning, schedules, resource allocation, scope, risk, and change management
• Plan, manage, and test customer releases
• Proactively identify, prioritize and drive the resolution of project and customer issues

Requirements:

• Understanding of software engineering processes with complex technical issues
• Significant experience in a similar role
• Experience in managing small-scale projects
• Very good knowledge of C and C++ programming languages
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for efficient collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Well-organized with high attention to detail
• Interest in next-generation multimedia
• Proficiency in English
