Senior Recruiting Coordinator (Fully Remote)

• As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you'll own end-to-end coordination and serve as the subject matter expert on pipeline health and capacity.
• You'll supervise scheduling automation and make judgment calls on when a candidate needs human intervention.

Responsibilities:

• Run scheduling tools for your pod, set them up, check output, and decide when to escalate.
• Serve as SME on pipeline health, surface bottlenecks, and recommend priorities with stakeholders.
• Own complex scheduling scenarios, escalations, and project work from problem to solution.

You may be a good fit if:

• You have 4+ years of recruiting coordination experience in high-volume complex scheduling.
• You have hands-on fluency with AI tools and know when to trust or override output.
• You have proven process improvement, partnership, and independent decision-making skills.
• Base salary of $58.00/hr + overtime, non-negotiable.
• 12 month fixed-term contract, remote-friendly with some office expectation.
• Annual salary range listed at $120,640 – $120,640 USD.
