We are seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our sales team, drive market expansion, and deliver innovative surgical solutions to our customers. With this approach to our non-clinical customers, we can demonstrate the long-term value of partnership and working with Johnson Johnson, most importantly, our impact on patient care. /p /brul /brliIn the role as Strategic Account Manager you will report to the Lead of the Strategic Account Management for Orthopaedics and be responsible for developing mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with clinical and non-clinical partners in a given number of designated key accounts. /li /brliIn conjunction with the Business Units, you will develop and lead the account strategy to drive additional profitable sales and market share growth within Hospital, Hospital Groups Group Purchasing Organizations. /li /brliTogether with the clinical team, you will coordinate and support the proposal development process, presenting opportunities and risks along with their implications to the required levels of management. /li /brliAs key driver of our Value Based Health Care Strategy you will lead negotiations for commercial agreements and coordinate their execution across care centers, in collaboration with the Business Unit and Shared Functions (Pricing, Services Solutions, HEMA, etc.). /li /brliYou will be the representative of Johnson Johnson Orthopaedics for the commercial partners in strategic accounts. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliMaster’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is an advantage. /li /brliSeveral years of clinical experience in a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager role, with proven experience in managing non-clinical partnerships. /li /brliDeep understanding of the healthcare market and the local regulatory/policy environment; adept at identifying short-term and long-term factors impacting the business. /li /brliExperience in contract negotiations and deal structuring. /li /brliExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in French to professionally represent Johnson Johnson’s MedTech in the country; strong English skills (written and spoken) are required; proficiency in a second official language is preferred. /li /brliGerman language skills in writing and speaking are a plus. /li /brliStrong negotiation skills, high self-confidence, courage, and conviction. /li /brliAnalytical and strategic thinker with solid business acumen. /li /brliProject management capabilities with the ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. /li /brliStrong team spirit and collaborative mindset. /li /br /ul /brpJohnson Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone Orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 4 to 9 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. /p /brpShould you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.
