Role Overview
The Head of Founder Experience & Community will be responsible for creating and continuously delivering the best possible founder journeys at Antler. You will ensure every founder interaction, from the first conversation through their residency and beyond, is frictionless and inspiring. The role bridges operational excellence with a deep understanding of founder needs, creating an exceptional and scalable experience for all founders. You will manage a team of 2-3 founder experience & community associates across offices in Continental Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Origination, Scouting and Onboarding
- Lead origination activities, including organizing events and implementing marketing strategies, to attract and engage exceptional founders.
- Oversee the scouting funnel to ensure applications seamlessly progress through each stage, maintain oversight of data, and actively participate in interviews to identify top talent.
- Streamline integrations with tools such as HubSpot, DocuSign, and other systems to enhance the scouting and onboarding process.
- Manage administrative processes, including visa applications, onboarding materials, and contracts.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging pre-residency onboarding experience for all founders.
Residency Operations
- Lead operational planning and execution of the Antler residency.
- Organize all residency sessions, update materials, and manage logistics to ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinate speaker schedules, manage office operations, and facilitate the Investment Committee process.
- Work closely with the investment team to ensure operational efficiency and enhance their ability to focus on founder success.
Portfolio Engagement
- Develop and manage scalable platform initiatives to support portfolio founders, including perks, tools, and resources.
- Host portfolio founder offsites and other community-building events to foster connection and growth.
- Oversee integrations with platforms like Airtable to streamline portfolio management.
In this role you will work closely with the Investment team. The Investment Team focuses on finding the best founders and investing in them from Day Zero through Series C. This includes end-to-end scouting of founders and managing the relationship with them as they form their companies. The Founder Experience & Community team will take a holistic approach to founder experience, ensuring that every touchpoint — scouting, residency, and portfolio— is consistent and exceptional. You will continuously identify pain points and implement improvements to elevate the overall experience.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, DocuSign, and Airtable.
