Job Description
- Personnel support: Independent handling of personnel administration from entry to departure.
- Contract and document management: Drafting of employment contracts, supplementary agreements, certificates, and references.
- HR support: Competent contact person for employees and managers for all personnel-related questions, and involvement in personnel support and human resources measures.
- HR operations: Support with employee appraisals and target agreements, and with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Data maintenance: Maintenance and updating of personnel master data in the HR system, and monitoring deadlines and dates.
- Reporting: Creation and preparation of evaluations and statistics for HR reporting.
Qualifications
- Qualification: Completed commercial training with a focus on human resources (e.g., human resources specialist) or a degree related to human resources management.
- Professional experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in operational human resources.
- Expertise: Good knowledge of labor law, in particular the Unfair Dismissal Protection Act, Maternity Protection Act, Federal Leave Act, Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act.
- Personality: Independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work, strong service and team orientation, enjoyment of working with people, sense of responsibility, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- Working style: Independent, precise, and detail-oriented, able to keep track of several processes at once.
- Languages: Very good written and spoken German and good English skills.
- IT skills: Confident use of MS Office (especially Word and Excel), ideally experience with SAP or a comparable HR system.
