- Identifying and evaluating suitable suppliers and quotes
- External and internal procurement of high-quality, cost-effective products and materials
- Inspecting delivered goods and services for quality assurance and monitoring inventory levels
- Obtaining quotes and negotiating contracts and prices
- Maintaining material and master data in our inventory management system (SAP)
- Supporting our development department in the procurement of prototype parts
- You have completed training as an Office Management Specialist (f/m/d), Technical Business Administrator, Industrial Engineer, or a comparable program.
- You have in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- You have strong SAP skills in the MM and PP modules.
- Can read and understand basic technical drawings, bills of materials, and data sheets.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a good command of German and English.
