Overview
In this role you ensure optimal resource use, on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency while serving as the key interface between Sales, Assembly and Manufacturing. You plan and coordinate production orders, manage workload, and ensure timely product delivery. You engage with cross-functional teams to secure material availability and production supply, drive efficiency improvements, and support new product transfers into serial production. You will work in a collaborative, international high-tech environment with growth potential.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Perform technical feasibility checks of customer orders and coordinate delivery scheduling
- Own production planning and control for timely, capacity-aligned manufacturing orders
- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering and other departments to secure material availability
- Define production quantities, delivery schedules and batch sizes aligned with targets
- Prepare demand forecasts and coordinate planning with product divisions
- Ensure timely, transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop measures to improve production efficiency and optimize inventory, lead times and costs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within planning and production control
- Manage transfer of new products from development to serial production and ramp-up
- Maintain and update production master data in the ERP system
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Completed technical or commercial education (apprenticeship, HTL, FH or equivalent)
- Professional experience in production planning or similar role is an advantage
- Proficient in SAP, PP and MM modules
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and structured working style with good organizational skills
