In this role you lead and shape the HR systems landscape, focusing on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, to enable reliable, scalable HR operations worldwide. You will lead an IT team, manage strategic HR IT initiatives, and collaborate with HR and business units to digitalize processes. Your work drives system stability, integration, and future readiness, contributing to Anton Paar’s tech leadership in a global market. You will engage with management on HR IT and digitalization topics and oversee change and interface projects. - Lead and manage the HR Systems IT team (functional and disciplinary)
- Steer strategic development of HR systems with emphasis on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors

Zentrale Anforderungen
- Completed degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of HR IT experience in complex, international landscapes
- Strong SAP expertise with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in designing, evaluating, implementing system changes, releases, and integrations
- Proven experience leading and organizing an IT team
- Good understanding of HR processes and IT mapping
- Excellent communication in German and English
