Product Specialist (f/m/x) in Graz

Overview

In this role you support customers with expert guidance, expand the application portfolio, and feed customer feedback into product development. You work closely with Product Management, R&D, Sales and Marketing to ensure technically sound solutions. You will develop new applications for density, pH and refractive index, and actively contribute to prototypes, software and firmware testing. This position offers a hands-on, customer-focused role with room to impact product growth and service delivery.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Direct interaction with customers and solution-oriented support for technical and application-related inquiries
• Develop new applications for density, pH, and refractive index measurements including lab testing, evaluation and documentation
• Maintain and continuously improve the Knowledge Base
• Involve in product development, especially application-specific testing of prototypes, software, and firmware
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to provide technical support to Sales

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Completed technical education or equivalent qualification in chemistry, physics or related field
• Professional experience in measurement technology is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Enjoy communicating technical information to customers
• Strong interest in digital services and smartphone applications
