You’ll collaborate with our sales and service network to ensure smooth operations and conduct training for service technicians. You’ll also review quality reports and help drive corrective actions, with occasional international travel. Verantwortungsbereiche

• Handle technical and application inquiries via email, CRM system, and chat
• Analyze issues and develop suitable solutions
• Collaborate with global sales and service network
• Review internal quality reports as a quality reviewer and initiate corrective actions
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on training sessions and workshops for service technicians
• Prepare and review service documentation
