You will work on central accounting topics, drive the implementation of policies as well as system and process optimizations, and act as an important interface to local entities and internal stakeholders. The focus of your role lies in the sound assessment of complex accounting issues, supporting the financial closings, and actively shaping modern accounting structures and systems within the group.

Job Description
Coordinate and manage Group Tax matters in collaboration with local entities and external tax advisors
Prepare, maintain, and continuously enhance the group-wide transfer pricing documentation (Master File) and coordinate the local transfer pricing documentation (Local Files) for international subsidiaries
Advise and support international group entities on all matters related to transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with group-wide transfer pricing policies
Develop group-wide accounting policies, including the assessment of complex accounting issues in accordance with the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) and international financial reporting standards
Participate in the implementation and enhancement of SAP solutions, and optimize accounting and reporting processes and templates
Support and coordinate annual financial statements at both the individual entity and group levels, including the preparation of analyses and the handling of ad hoc accounting topics
Act as a key interface between Group Tax, Group Accounting, local entities, and internal as well as external stakeholders
Participate in project‑specific accounting initiatives and assume additional special assignments, including providing backup support for operational accounting during periods of leave
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting
At least 5 years of professional experience in auditing or group accounting
In‑depth knowledge of national and international accounting standards (UGB/IFRS)
Very good skills in SAP, particularly in FI/CO
Experience in Group Tax and Transfer Pricing is an advantage
Excellent Excel skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Analytical thinking and a structured and independent working style
Strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and a passion for cross‑functional collaboration

This position is based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Actual salary depends on experience and qualifications and typically ranges between €4,300 and €4,700 gross per month (based on full‑time employment).
